Coconut Bites

INGREDIENTS
1 cup canned coconut milk, condensed
2 cups shredded coconut, unsweetened
100 g dark chocolate
sea salt (optional)

DIRECTIONS
1. Mix shredded coconut with condensed coconut milk. Press mixture into 1-inch balls. Place in freezer until hardened.
2. Melt chocolate. Remove coconut balls from freezer and cover in chocolate (may be easier if you use a skewer to dip them).
3. Sprinkle with sea salt (if desired). Return to freezer until chocolate hardens.
